It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation to you and your company. Regency Caterers Ltd. has been a Pedersen's customer for longer than either of us can remember, I'm sure! Together, we have handled everything from small (2 or 3 place settings) to enormous (Molson Indy Vancouver comes to mind).

Most recently, just last weekend in fact, Pedersen's provided us with all the rentals, tables, chairs, china and cutlery as well as the numerous other items small and large and come with catering an off-premise sit-down dinner for 2,900, followed the following morning with breakfast for 1,750.

Regardless of the size or complexity of the job, Pedersen's commitment to quality and service is the same. If you don't have what we need, it doesn't become our problem; it gets dealt with by you, either by finding it elsewhere or even buying it. You have set a standard to which all companies should aspire. Even on those extremely rare occasions when a mistake happens, from either side, you are ready to deal with it; after all, it is the final result which counts and not whose mistake it was.
